How do I enter one of your competitions?
Entering our watch competitions is simple. First, visit our Competitions page and select the one you wish to enter. After choosing your competition, you’ll need to decide how many tickets you want to purchase. You’ll then be prompted to answer a skill or knowledge-based question.
If this is your first time participating with 10to2, you’ll need to create an account and provide your contact and payment details. If you’re a returning entrant with saved details, you’ll only need to confirm them by logging in.
Once you’ve completed these steps, proceed and confirm your payment. All that’s left is to watch for the announcement after the competition closes to see if you’re our lucky winner!
What do I do if I have forgotten my account password?
If you have previously created an account but have since forgotten your password, please follow this link and enter your email address associated to your account. You will receive an email to reset your password.
Who can participate in your competitions?
Our competitions are open to individuals aged 18 and over. 10to2 suppliers, employees and their relatives are prohibited from entering. Please refer to our terms and conditions for any further detail.
When do your competitions go live?
We launch new competitions regularly. To stay updated, keep an eye on our website or subscribe to our newsletter for notifications on the latest competitions. We will also announce up and coming competitions on our social pages.
How many tickets can I buy?
You can purchase as many tickets as you like, subject to any specific limits outlined on the competition entry page. Any limits have been set to ensure responsible participation and to also allow for more individuals to be involved.
Can I enter more than once?
Yes, you can enter multiple times for the same competition, as long as you follow the rules for each entry.
How much does it cost to enter a competition?
The cost of entry varies by competition. Entry costs are clearly listed on each competition page and within the checkout process.
What are my chances of winning a competition?
Your chances of winning depend on the number of correct entries received for the competition, and the number of tickets you have purchased. For all our competitions there will be a maximum ticket available, this is in place to guarantee you a certain level of chance.
For example, a competition may have a maximum of 2,000 tickets available. If you purchase 1 ticket, answer the skill/knowledge-based question correctly, all tickets are sold, and all questions are answered correctly, your maximum odds to win would be 2,000/1.
Why do I have to answer a question?
10to2 operates prize competitions and by doing so requires participants to demonstrate a level of skill and knowledge to comply with applicable laws. We also want to ensure that participants are engaged and authentic.
What happens if I answer the question wrong?
If you answer the question incorrectly, your entry will not be valid, and you will not be entered into the draw. Please ensure you carefully read and understand the question before submitting your answer. All incorrect answers will automatically not be entered into the draw and you will not be visible on the draw certificate data. You will also not be entitled to a refund. You will not be notified if you have answered the question incorrectly.
When do your competitions end?
Each competition has a specific end date and time, which is clearly listed on the competition page. This date and time will only ever change due to unforeseen situations outside of our control and will never be extended due to a lack of ticket sales within a typical environment. If this occurs, our website will be updated accordingly.
If a competition reaches maximum ticket sales, the competition will end at this stage and the draw will follow.
How are your watch competitions drawn?
Winners are selected at random from all correct entries once the competition closes. The draw is conducted by randomdraws.co.uk, an independent third party. Draw certificates are published on our website and social media following the draw.
How will I hear if I’ve won a watch competition?
We will contact the winner directly via email or phone using the contact details provided within account set-up. We will also announce winners on our Previous winners page and on our social media pages.
How are prizes delivered?
Prizes are delivered securely and insured to the winner’s designated UK address. We work with reputable couriers to ensure your prize arrives safely. We may also contact you to arrange an in person delivery dependant on the competition prize value.
Can I sell the prize if I win?
Yes, once you have received the watch, it is yours to keep (we hope you’ll love it) or sell as you see fit. However, we do not offer an alternative cash or watch prize.
What watches can I win?
Each competition is different, and a full description of the watch will be given on the competition page, along with imagery.
How do I know the watches are genuine?
All of our watches are sourced from authorised suppliers and are 100% authentic.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway.
Can I get a refund if I don’t win?
Entry fees are non-refundable, as they represent your chance to participate in the competition. This includes if you get the question wrong or if you are disqualified from the competition for any reason. Please be sure you are committed before entering and meet all our entry requirements listed in the terms and conditions.
How can I be sure the competition is fair?
We uphold the highest levels of transparency and fairness. All draws are conducted randomly by a third party (randomdraws.co.uk) and meet all the required legislation. We also proactively disqualify any supplier, employee or their relatives’ entries.

How do you use my personal data?
Your personal data is used strictly for processing your competition entry, contacting you if you win, and providing relevant updates associated to 10to2 and its products and services.
