- Introduction
- These terms and conditions apply between you (referred to as “you”, the “User”, or “Entrant(s)”) and 10TO2 LIMITED trading as our brand “10to2” (referred to as the “Promoter,” “we” “our(s),” or “us”)
- We are the owner and operator of 10to2.co.uk (“Website”) (the Website includes any sub-domains, unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions). Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as they affect your legal rights. By using the Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the Website immediately.
- In these terms and conditions, “User” or “Users” refers to any party that accesses the Website and is not (i) employed by 10TO2 LIMITED and acting in the course of their employment, or (ii) engaged as a consultant or otherwise providing services to 10TO2 LIMITED and accessing the Website in connection with such services.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this Website. By using the Website and agreeing to these terms and conditions, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
- These general terms and conditions are applicable to all Competitions on the Website and apply in addition to any specific terms and conditions which may be included in any promotional material included on the Website or as otherwise provided by the Promoter by any medium (“Further Terms”). To the extent that these terms and conditions are inconsistent with the Further Terms, the Further Terms will prevail.
- Qualifying persons
- Through the Website, we operate skill-based prize competitions (the “Competition(s)”), resulting in the allocation of prizes in accordance with these terms and conditions and the UK Gambling Act 2005. All Competitions are run via our Website and all Competition draws (“Draw(s)”) are conducted by using an independent third-party random ticket selector. All such Users who enter into a Competition (“Entrant(s)”) and who participate in the Competition and the Draws are subject to these terms and conditions, hereafter referred to as the “Competition Terms.”
- Legal precedence and undertaking
- These terms and conditions, the Website and the Competition, are governed by English Law. Any matters relating to them will be resolved under English Law, with exclusive jurisdiction lying within the Courts of England.
- Infringements
- To the best of our knowledge, neither the operation of the Website, the Competition, or the Draw(s), products or services provided under the Promoters’ trading name infringe upon or violate the intellectual property rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark.
- 10TO2 LIMITED or the 10to2 brand is not endorsed by or affiliated with any other company or brand, including the watch manufactures or brands featured in our Competitions or journal entries, unless stated otherwise.
- Rights & Competition Entry
- All Competitions may only be entered online via our Website. Entrant(s) must be UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees (and their family members), agents and suppliers of 10TO2 LIMITED, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Competition, are not eligible to enter any Competition. All Entrant(s) that do not comply with the above will not be counted as entering the Draw but may still be charged.
- Our merchant acquirer is limited to accepting only UK based credit or debit cards and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for additional charges leveraged as part of purchasing a Competition ticket from your chosen card provider. After payment, all Entrant(s) participation in our Draw(s) are final.
- All Competitions require the Entrant(s) to create or login to their 10TO2 account, which can only be done on the Website. Creating a 10TO2 account requires a valid email address and a chosen, secure password. All Entrants who do not create an account will be unable to participate in a skill-based question or challenge and therefore, unable to enter any Competition(s) or Draw(s).
- To enter a Competition, all Entrant(s) should follow the instructions stated across the Website. The steps required to enter a Competition are fixed and will not change per Competition. The steps required to enter a Competition are detailed below:
- You select the Competition you wish to enter, out of the Competition(s) listed on the Website.
- Select the number of tickets you wish to purchase for the Competition you have chosen to enter. All Competitions will have a set number of tickets that can be purchased, and this will be clearly displayed for each Competition on the Website. Entrants may purchase a maximum of 50 tickets per competition for paid competitions. For free competitions, each entrant is restricted to a single ticket entry per competition.
- Complete the skill-based question or game. You will only be included in the Draw if you have answered the skill-based question or game correctly.
- If you select more than 1 ticket for purchase, all tickets will be associated to the answer you selected against the skill-based question or game. If you select an incorrect answer, all ticket entries will be invalid and will not be entered into the Draw.
- Complete your purchase by entering your payment details into the Cashflows payment gateway. 10TO2 do NOT store any card payment details and this is managed through a point-to-point encryption (P2PE) system.
- Once payment has been taken, you will receive confirmation from 10TO2 LIMITED either via email, SMS or on-screen notification. After receiving this confirmation, you are now an Entrant to a Competition.
- Entries will be void if they:
- do not comply with these terms and conditions;
- are incomplete or illegible; or
- are considered by the Promoter to be part of an attempt to manipulate of unfairly influence the outcome of any Competition
- By submitting your entry, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by these terms and the Further Terms.
- If the ticket purchase payment fails or is reversed for any reason, then your entry to the Competition will automatically be cancelled. You will not be entered into the Draw and the number of entries you initially paid for will become available to other Entrants to purchase. The Promotor accepts no responsibility for Competition entries which are incomplete, delayed or not received for any other reason.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for Competition entries that are not included in the Draw due to events outside of our control. This includes but is not limited to any related technical failure, such as systems, servers, hardware or software failure.
- All account details you provide as part of entering any Competition(s) will be stored in our database for the purposes of historic, current and future competition draw analysis.
- The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to these terms and conditions. No third party will have any right to enforce or rely upon any provision of these terms & conditions.
- You agree that in agreeing to these terms and conditions, the Promoter (in making available any Competition in accordance with these terms and conditions) has not agreed to supply you with a paid service, and you have not entered into a service contract for the purposes of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, SI 2013/3134. Accordingly, you accept that you have no cancellation rights or cooling off period under this legislation.
- Competition & Prize Draw
- All Competition prizes (the “Prize(s)”) are determined and owned by the Promoter before any Competition is started (the “Start Date”). In addition to the details of clause 8.1, the full details of the Prizes available for each Competition will be available on the Website.
- All Competitions will commence from the specified Start Date and conclude no later than the specified end date (“Closure Date”). The Start Date and the Closure Date for each Competition will be detailed on the Website. Every Competition that is run by the Promoter is independent of each other, and therefore the Start Date, duration of the Competition, maximum tickets purchase amount, competition ticket price and Closure Date (“Competition Details”) will be different from one Competition to the next The Competition Details will be clearly set out on the Website at the point at which you entering to become an Entrant.
- Subject to clause 6.4, the Closure Date and time of each Competition will only ever change due to unforeseen situations outside of the Promoters control. The Promoter will never amend the Competition Details due to a lack of ticket sales. If a cancellation of a Competition occurs, Our Website and social media accounts will be updated accordingly. All Entrants will be notified within 2 working days of the cancellation using their associated 10TO2 account email address.
- The Closure Date of a Competition may be changed to an earlier date than initially set out as part of the Competition Details, only if all tickets have been sold and therefore, no further Entrants are permitted to participate in the Competition.
- Winning Entrants (the “Winner(s)”) are selected at random from all correct entries after the Closure Date. The Draw is conducted by using randomdraws.co.uk, an independent third party. Draw certificates are published on Our Website and social media platforms following the Draw. Where the Promoter is unable to access randomdraws.co.uk for any reason, an alternative independent third-party with a random draw capability will be used.
- The Winner is the Entrant who correctly answered the skill-based question or game, and whose ticket number is subsequently drawn randomly for each Competition. There will only be one Winner per Competition.
- The Promoter’s decision in relation to the Draw and the Winner is final. No correspondence between the Promoter and an Entrant will be conducted. Such correspondence includes but is not limited to all questions or queries regarding Entries, or the result of the Competition or the Draw following the determination of the Winner.
- Competition Winners
- The Promoter requires all Entrants and subsequent Winners to be able to validate their proof of entry and ownership of the winning Competition ticket.
- The Promoter will attempt to contact the Winner within 48 hours of the Draw, starting from the next working day (Monday to Friday). The Winner will be contacted using the contact email address or number (“Contact Details”), provided at the point of entry, or the Contact Details that have been previously added and associated to their 10TO2 account.
- If the Promoter is unable to contact the Winner with 14 working days of the Draw, the Winner will be disqualified from the Competition and no refunds will be provided. The Prize will be redrawn using the previous Entrants to the Competition.
- The Promoter requires all Winner(s) to be able to demonstrate their identity, by producing a valid UK passport or driving license. This will be matched to the Entrants and subsequent Winner’s details held within the Promoter’s database. The Contact Details are taken from the 10TO2 account created as part of a User entering a Competition.
- If the Promoter is unable to verify the identity of the Winner, the Winner may be disqualified, and the Prize shall be forfeited. In the event of this happening, the Draw will be redone in accordance with the Promoters Competition & Prize Draw policy.
- The Promotor is not able to provide the Prize to any third party or any other person that is not the Winner who has been verified as part of the Draw process.
- The Winners’ name will be displayed on all Draw history and Draw certificates produced and uploaded to the Website. This also includes all Promoter social media channels (such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X and any other platform chosen).
- The Promotor may request User participation in marketing material such a promotional material, not limited to but for example: Videos, photos, winner statements and Entrant details. This is entirely optional, and all Entrants and Winners do not have to participate.
- Competition Prizes
- All Prize(s) will be of similar nature, where each competition will have a predefined watch as the prize. The Prize(s) will be sourced from a variety of watch brands, and monetary value of each Prize(s) will vary.
- All Prize(s) are valued at their market rate, and if this is different to the recommended Retail Price at an authorised dealer, then the market rate will be taken from an independent watch marketplace and valuation site, where an identical watch value will be averaged over the previous 3 months.
- The Winner and all Entrants are unable to challenge the price or value of the Prize detailed within the Competition Details. The Promoter does not accept any liability whereby the value of the watch differs from the displayed price at any point before, during or after the Competition or the Draw.
- All Prize(s) that are available to the Winner of each competition will be owned by the Promotor prior to the Competition Start Date.
- No alternative Prizes will be offered and there is no cash alternative. All Competition Prizes will clearly be stated within the Competition Details.
- All Prizes are non-transferable and do not include any additional costs and expenses. The Winner is responsible for any reasonable costs or expenses other than those that are expressly stated as being included as part of the Prize.
- The Promotor will not be responsible for the Prize after delivery to the Winner has been completed.
- Delivery of the watch will be discussed and agreed between the Promotor and the Winner. Delivery of the prize may be undertaken by a 10to2 employee or sent via a third party tracked and insured service. The Promotor has no responsibility for the delivery where use of a third-party service is required. If a Prize is damaged or fails to be delivered, we have no obligation to provide a replacement Prize.
- The Prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by the Promoter or a third party connected to any Competition.
- Discounts
- All discount codes will be clearly displayed if permitted per Competition. The discount details (“Discount[s]”) will state the value of the discount, time the discount code is valid for, and the discount code. All Entrants will be able to use the Discount using the discount code when completing the ticket purchase, if the code has been permitted for such use.
- Discounts are only permitted for a one time use per single Entrant only. If any single Entrant is found to have entered any Competitions under different contact details in order to circumvent this clause 9.2, then the Promoter reserves the right to mark all entries associated with the specified Entrant as void and non-refundable. In such circumstances, the Competition Draw will be rerun, and the Prize will be awarded to a different Winner.
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel all Discounts without justification and Discount removals are final.
- Refund & cancellation policy
- Subject to these terms and conditions, all entries to our Competitions are absolute, and no Entrant shall be issued a refund at any time, for any reason. The only time a refund may be granted is when the Promotor decides to cancel a Competition. In the event of this occurring, all Entrants will be refunded in full to the payment method used when purchasing a ticket(s) to participate in the Competition. In accordance with clause 5.13, there is no cooling off period for any ticket purchased.
- Mobile terms of Service (SMS or Email)
- By consenting to 10to2 LIMITED use of SMS/text messaging (“Service”), (utilising services provided by an approved third party) you agree to receive reoccurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Promoter, through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialling system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, Discounts and other marketing offers (e.g., basket reminders).
- You understand that you do not have to sign up for this marketing program to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with the Promoter. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
- We do not charge for the Service, but you are solely responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details.
- You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message or email to cancel. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Promoter mobile messaging channels and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms. - We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honouring requests made in such messages.
- The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
- The Promotor respects your right to privacy. To see how we collect and use your personal information, please see our Privacy Policy.
- Where an email or phone number is required to notify you if you are the Winner of a Competition, we will continue to store your contact details until contact has been made, and then they will be deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.
- Acceptable use policy
- All Content and any intellectual property rights (whether registered or not) included on the Website or on Promoter owned/operated social media channels, are the property of 10TO2 LIMITED, our affiliates or other relevant third parties.
- In these terms and conditions, “Content” means any text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, data compilations, page layout, underlying code and software and any other form of information capable of being stored in a digital device that appears on or forms part of this Website, including any such content uploaded by Users. By continuing to use the Website you acknowledge that such Content is protected by copyright, trademarks, database rights and other intellectual property rights. All requests to use or distribute Our property, is required in writing via email and/or letter. All requests must be to info@10to2.co.uk.
- You may, for your own personal, non-commercial use only, do the following: (a) retrieve, display and view the Content on a digital screen. You must not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy, distribute or use for commercial purposes any Content without the written permission of 10TO2 LIMITED.
- Prohibited Use policy
- The Website and the Service provided by the Promoter must not be used for any purpose which causes or may cause a negative experience to any other User.
- You may not use the Website in any way which is harmful, unlawful, illegal, abusive, harassing, threatening or otherwise in breach of any applicable law.
- All protected copyright content must not be stored or transmitted without the permission the Promoter.
- Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy
- You acknowledge and agree that we may process your personal information in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Policy. These are both subject to change.

- Our terms and conditions may change, but this will not occur during a live Competition. All Users and potential Entrants must visit these terms & conditions on a frequent basis to ensure all points and updates are known.
